By Word 2007 You can directly post to your blog

Click on the icon to the office, click Publish to Blog. I click Manage Accounts.



Now, click New. Please select from the list of wordpress Bolg, click Next. Blog post URL's <enter your blog URL here> anse'll blog on this site, type its address.
For example: abc.wordpress.com. Make your site user account for login name and password. Click the OK button.

If you want to type that. Title, type the title. click on the link to insert Category Category field. Category: Set it to the post.

Now click the Publish button.
