Autorun Virus Is disturbing? Take the solution!

We are using the Windows operating system in general occurred in the autorun virus. we  took many steps to get rid from it . However, We can not remove Autorun . 
When autorun viruses  infect our PC .We can not open any files by clicking double  .
. If your computer infected by Autorun.  what to do to remove  autorun virus manually? Antivirus scan them through the Drive!
